Various substituted formazan derivatives have received considerable importance during last decade as they are covered with wide variety of biological and pharmacological activities and have a wide range of therapeutic importance. Based on this a series of new formazan derivatives has been synthesized. Phenyl hydrazine was added drop wise to mixture of various substituted Aromatic aldehyde in dilute acetic acid forms various substituted Phenyl hydrazones. The solution of substituted Phenyl hydrazones in pyridine was added with diazonium salt solution such as heteroaryl amine (2-amino pyridine, 2-amino pyrazine) forms a novel various coloured formazan derivatives. The synthesized compounds were characterized by physical studies like solubility, melting point, TLC and subjected to spectral studies like IR, 1H-NMR and mass spectroscopy. All the synthesized compounds were screened for In-vitro antioxidant activity was performed by DPPH scavenging method by using Ascorbic acid as reference standard. Results suggested that electron withdrawing groups like nitro, chloro containing compounds shown potent antioxidant. Rest of compounds showed mild to moderate activity.

A STUDY ON CREATING AWARENESS AMONG WOMEN ON HOW TO MAINTAIN GOOD HEALTH WITH GOOD NUTRITION AND HOW TO MAINTAIN LIFE AS DISEASE FREE BY DOCTOR OF P
Now a days there is a lack of self care on healthy life and lack of awareness on how to maintain good health with good nutrition as disease free. Aim: The Study aims in creating awareness among women on how to maintain good health with good nutrition and to prevent life from diseases by doctor of pharmacy. Objectives: To create awareness on healthy dietary habits, to provide complete information on how to prevent the disease occurrence by good nutrition. Methodology: The Present study was conducted for a period of 1 month from 1st December 2017 to 3rd January 2018 in Bahudha Womens Hostel affiliated to Annamacharya college of Pharmacy, rajampet, kadapa district, Andhra Pradesh, India. 400 women with age group ranging from 18-24 were selected for this study. All the required data is provided in the nutritional diet counseling chart, and the data is collected in the form of feedback form. In the present study 400 women with age group ranging from 18-24 were selected for this study, out of which 309 were willing to participate in the present study, with lack of knowledge regarding good nutrition to build healthy life. All the data is collected by using nutritional diet counseling chart and feedback form. In the present study states that awareness is created to 309 on good health with good nutrition and to prevent life from diseases, their percentage is 100% among them 298 women were satisfied by the counseling provided by me and their percentage is 96.44%. And the entire data is generated on excel sheet separately stating the distribution of sample size age wise and Percentage wise distribution of sample stating, Prism graph pad software is used for this study, the P-Value is < 0.001 stating the present study is highly significant. The present study concludes there is no proper awareness on how to maintain life as disease free, as I am a Doctor of Pharmacy professional I have taken it as a duty and created awareness among the students in my college hostel. I hope this study will be useful to future generations. Hence it is the duty of all health care professionals to educate and to create awareness on good health with good nutrition.

A STUDY ON ESTIMATING AND CREATING AWARENESS OF BREAST CANCER AND (BSE) AMONG TEENAGERS BY DOCTOR OF PHARMACY
Breast cancer is characterized by proliferation of abnormal cells which multiply out of control, destroying healthy tissues in breast and endangering life. Aim: The study aims to assess the role of Doctor of Pharmacy in estimating awareness of breast cancer among teenagers. Objective: The Main Objective of the present study is to create awareness on breast cancer among teenagers, to provide information regarding (BSE) Breast self examination, to provide counselling tips for (BSE) which aims to detect breast cancer at early stage. Methodology: In the present study 600 women with age group ranging from 18-24 were selected for this study, out of which 500 were willing to participate in the present study, all the data is collected by using BSE Forms .and the entire data is generated on excel sheet separately stating the distribution of sample size age wise and Percentage wise distribution of sample stating BSE known and unknown separately, which is helpful in estimating the awareness of BSE, Prism graph pad software is used for this study the P-VALUE is < 0.001 stating the present study is highly significant. Results: In the present study states that 54 out of 500 are on awareness on breast cancer and BSE, and their percentage IS 10.2% and 446 out of 500 are lack of awareness on BSE and breast cancer and their percentage is estimated as 89.2% so I have provided awareness to them. Conclusion: The present study concludes there is no proper awareness on breast cancer prevention among the teenagers. Hence it is the duty of all health care professionals to educate and to create awareness of BSE particularly in teenagers in and around their surroundings, that serves a tool to detect breast cancer at early of their stages. As I am a Doctor of Pharmacy professional I have taken it as a duty and created awareness among the students in my college hostel. I hope this study will be useful to future generations.

EXPERTISE AND KNOWLEDGE OF STUDENT MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS ON DRUGS – A CROSS SECTIONAL EVALUATION
Objective: This study aims at analysing the knowledge of student medical professionals which includes MBBS, Pharmacy & nursing students on drugs. Background: In this era of medical advancements it is very important for the student medical professionals to stay updated about drugs. Methodology: This study was a self administered questionnaire based evaluation. The main domains of study included Drug Interactions, ADR monitoring and dose calculation. The questionnaire was circulated among fifty MBBS, fifty Pharm D, fifty Nursing students. Result: The response rate for the study was 80%. In Questions related to Drug-Interactions, the Pharm D students topped it with72% ± 1.3%. For questions related to adverse drug reaction, again the Pharm D students had the lead with 71% ± 0.3% of Pharm D students and 43% ± 0.8% of PG nursing students answering correctly. 82% ± 2.2% of physicians answered correctly to the questions related to dose calculation and held the top position. Conclusion: Overall, the knowledge of Pharm D students were physicians have more knowledge in the area of dose calculations.

The application of nanotechnology in pharmaceutical industry is opening a better formulation opportunity. The innovative and highly specialized applications of nanotechnology lead to the study on fields like biology, serology, genetics, diagnosis and treatment of disease like cancer diabetes mellitus and neurodegenerative disorders. The application of nanotechnology in the pharmaceutical field raised the industry from usual model to individualized medicine.
